About Asthma Studies
Asthma can make breathing difficult and is caused by inflammation (swelling) of a person’s airways. The main symptoms of asthma include coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath.
If asthma is having a negative impact on your or your child’s everyday life, such as not being able to walk far without stopping, not leaving home much, feeling worn out, and/or taking time off from work or school, there may be other options. Doctors in local research studies are looking at potential new medications (investigational medications) for asthma. They are evaluating how safe investigational medications are and whether they can improve patients’ quality of life. These investigational medications can only be given to patients as part of clinical research studies. We are looking for adults and children who have been diagnosed with asthma to take part in the studies.

Participants will have the option to choose particular studies based on their ability to participate either online, in person or over the telephone.
Participants are needed on a wide range of topics such as:
Health Issues (Research for cures and new medications to treat ailments).
Consumer Products (Your experience with consumer products).
Shopping (Shopping experiences).
Internet Usage (How you use the internet).
Vehicles (recreational vehicles and automobiles).
Employment (Various types of jobs or career fields).
Food & Beverages (the consumption of various foods and beverages).
Entertainment (About TV, movies or video games).
Social Media (the use of different social media platforms).
Financial (Banking and investing).
Retirement (Planning what, when and how).
Gender (studies based on your gender).
Housing (Renters or Homeowners).

No prior study experience is required.
Experience:

Varies by study (GED or High School Diploma recommended).
Education:

Speak and/or read English.

Must be 18yrs old or older.

Must have either a phone, computer or tablet with internet connection.
Qualifications:

Fully participate by completeing the written and/or oral instructins given.

Complete any and all necessary tasks if asked of you in the given time frame.

Show up on time (Preferably 10 minutes early).
Responsibilities:
